    healty eating habits

    I want to try............................................ and see

    whats the better way to go..

    throwing the towel in and starting for a whole month eating healthy organic meals



    or straight vegan


    The quickest way to double your money is..... Folding it in half and putting it back in to your pocket... true story..

    I wouldn't suggest going cold turkey into anything, your bound to fail that way. Try cutting out a few types of food each month or one type of meat.

    ie; pork the first month, beef the second and turkey and chicken the third.

    I also wouldn't suggest taking fish out of your diet unless you plan on taking suppliment pills. Or being a vegan any time soon. Being vegan is extremely difficult, no chocolate, ice cream, cheese, eggs, normal bread (only rye).. you get where I'm going with this. If after a few months of cutting stuff out and then cleansing (You can get a good cleansing program from any health store, even the real canadian superstore has a couple), you want more of a challenge then cut out egg and milk products.

    I dont personally believe that you feel any healthier by cutting out milk and egg products but its a great way to loose weight. If you have an active lifestyle though (play any sports/ jog on a daily basis) I wouldn't suggest it at all. You need the protein for energy and nobody wants to take a tonne of suppliment pills every day.

    so a meal and a skipping rope is just the best way to go ... im clearly not over weight i just dont eat well (to busy) but the vegan menu
