Drake the Prince and Em the God collab

    http://usershare.net/z8vvwg1uf701

    [Chorus]
It may not mean nothing to y’all,
understand nothing was done for me,
so i don’t plan on stopping at all,
I want this shit forever man, ever man, ever man,
I’m shutting shit down at the mall,
and telling every girl she the one for me,
and i aint even planning to call,
i want this shit forever man, ever man, ever

    [Drake]

    Last name ever,
    first name greatest,
like a sprained ankle boy i ain’t nothing to play with,
it started off local but thanks to all the haters,
i know G4 pilots on a first name basis,
and your city faded off to brown, Nino,
she insists she got more class, we know!
swimming in the money come and find me, nemo,
if i was at the club you know I ball, Kimo,
drop the mixtape that sh-t sounded like an album
who’d have thought a country wide tour would be the outcome
labels want my name beside the x like Malcom
everybody got a deal, I did it without one,
yeah ***** im about my business,
killing all these rappers you would swear I had a hit list,
everybody who guided me is asking for forgiveness,
if you aint been a part of it at least you got to witness,
    bitches,

    [Eminem]

    there they go
packing stadiums as shady spits his flow
nuts they go, macadamia, they go so ballistic whoa
he can make them look like bozos
hes wondering should if he spit this slow
    fuck no, go for broke
his cup just runith over oh no
he aint had of a buzz like this since last time that he overdosed
theyve been waiting patiently for pinocchio to poke his nose
back into the game, and they know
rap wont ever be the same as before
bashin in the brain of these hoes
and establishing the name as he goes
the passion of the flame is ignited
you cant put it out once we light it
this shit is exactly what the fuck that im talking about
    when we riot
you dealing with a few true villains
who stand inside of the booth truth spillin
    and spit true feelings
untill our tooth fillings come flying out of our mouths
    now rewind it
payback mother fucker for the way that you
that doubted me hows it taste
when i slap the taste out your mouth
with the bass so loud that it shakes the place
im hannibal lector so just in case your thinking of saving face
you aint gunna have no face yo save by the time im through with this place
    so drake...

lol I'm not hating, Kanye and Em are a couple of my favorite rappers and Drake's one of my favorite up and coming rappers, so I was really hyped when I heard the news about the track. I thought it was too good to be true...

and then I heard it and was just like meh. The beat and hook are both old. Drake used this beat and hook on a track titled Forever already. All they did was just throw on some verses.

Drake's verse was a typical verse.... Hater this, Hater that, bitches this, bitches that and I baaaaalled like *insert here*, Kanye's verse was hot but his flow was just very lazy on it. The lyrics were dope as hell but he wasn't going that hard delivering it.. Wayne's verse had absolutely nothing to do with the song. He was just there to be there and as dope as Em's verse was, it also had absolutely nothing to do with the concept of the song. From a technical rapping stand point, he murdered it but the whole verse was just out of place. It also didn't match the beat. To me, it was nothing special. You guys wont be bumping this in the next week.

people are saying on the net that Eminem is subliminally dissing everyone on the track. Thoughts? BTW i never really liked that song by drake so this tune isnt something that will go on my ipod.

I gotta agree with Nas, there was nothing 'memorable' about this track. Even Em's verse wasn't up to par with what he's been dropping in terms of lyrics. I mean his flow was insane but that's to be expected of him. And it's not that hard to kill such a simplistic beat...not to mention outshine some of the most boring, single syllable rappers out there at the moment.

So truth be told...it's a good track but really nothing as spectacular as what people are making it out to be. Granted it's good to see Drake actually 'make it'...now that he's on the map with Weezy, Kanye and Em...but as a Hip Hop fan...I don't think this song will be getting bumped in a month or so.

Yeah, there was nothing immersive about it. It just sounded like "Okay guys, here's the beat...write your 16...then a random producer will put it all together."

It doesn't even sound like they all got in the studio together and actually collab...it just sounds like they were all sent the same beat...and didn't know they were going to be on the track together...or didn't know what the next man was gonna say.

Drake the Prince and Em the God collab

So, is anyone into these books? I have read all of them, and I have come to enjoy finding out what happens next to Harry. July 16th, I think it is. Im not one of those people who is going to camp outside of the store, but I will get it eventually. Anyone else?
