ARSENAL IS BOUND TO BE THE GROUP WINNERS. WILL THEY MAKE IT OUT THE SECOND ROUND IS ANOTHER ISSUE. The team is still too young and is missing a strong defensive mid. But i love this years arsenal to win the league but not the CL

We'll see dont know why you think we cant. Remember manu didnt beat any top4 teams in league play last year, they won all the games against teams 10 and lower. Thus far chelsea and manu have lost games against those teams. mancity like aston villa last season will wither by end of month. As i said im not a psychic but winning the league isnt out of the question for us.

dospro..you joking man..arsenal actually have a much better chance of winning the champions league this year than the league...the league is just gonna be too tight this year for arsenal to pull through..chelsea and man u have a lot more experience playing under pressure...as i said before...a few months ago..baring any major injuries to chelsea or man u...it will be one of those teams that wins it....as far as city goes..i really think they have a realistic chance of finishing in the top 5...but top 5 meaning either 4th or 5th....

If manu and chelsea continue drawing or losing to bottom teams they would have as much a chance as arsenal did last season, because thats the type of campaign they had last season. If arsenal continues to play the way they are I think you all could get a huge shocker. also considering ronaldo accounted for 70% of their goals, and an aging midfield(with the exception of fletcher) I see manu getting worst as the season continues. If arsenal stays injury free(highly doubtful) I dont think anytime outside of the top 4 or 5 can beat them and thats all they need to do capture the three points that manu and chelsea wouldve dropped

also even though manu won that game at the beginning of the season they in no way shape or form played to earn the win, they were outplayed for the entire game so thats also to note. I didnt realise one time could look so different without one player(ronaldo). they just look lost, and its clearly something they recognise because rumour is theyre gonna make a huge bid for ribery come january

outplayed? really dog? on what basis were they outplayed?...it was an evenly contested game...arsenal didnt create many clear cut chances...they might've dominated ball possession..but thats not what football is about..its about CREATING chances...so if you are saying they were outplayed all game by ball possession, then fine..but in no way didnt they dominate the game..no team dominated the game..look at the game again and you'll see how many clear cut chances arsenal had...even the goal arshavin scored was a give away by foster...he actually pushed it into his own net..if that was van der sar..no way he would have scored...

even if they continue to draw or lose a couple games to lower team..one of them may still win it, because arsenal can be very unpredictable...you just dont know when they are gonna show up..for the last 5 or so years they have been inconsistent..as usual arsenal plays fluent football, but fail to create chances or capitalise on their chances...that is what man u has over arsenal..even if a team outplays man u (in terms or ball posession) or otherwise for that matter..they can still (and usually) find a way to win....just like the game they had with arsenal earlier this year....man U is gritty and tough and are tough....arsenal are soft....

Your the only person who watched that game ive talked to that have this opinion. and arshavin's goal was a stunning goal and you cant say what van der sar wouldve done because much easier goals have gotten pass van dar sar and that whole game arsenal created......... i wont continue its all opinion, Ill just say if manu fans are willing to agree arsenal was the better team on that night and that the most manu shouldve left with was a draw then its pointless discuss that game with you.

And arsenal isnt unpredictable, theyve been very predictable, start well then fade out in december(4yrs consecutively this has occured). If they are in second in december rest assured theyll win thats all i will say. The only the other team that looks poised to win is chelsea I cant say mancity as I think theyll start unravelling at the seams shortly and I cant say manu because theyre games (even the ones they win) theyre not the team of last season theyre lacking, they have a tendency to get better as the season progress if they do then the race for the trophy will be tight. But with an aging midfield and no ronaldo I dont give them the repeat or the even reaching the CL semis unless they buy
