Touched my first trackpad on the bold 9700 yesterday. If you hate trackballs or have a phone, this is where you need to go. The trackpad its the trackballs food. I touched it for 5 mins and went and bought a bold 2 right after FML. selling my tour 9630 though lol

I was anti blackberry for years. I got one because of the amount of phone info I leak BBM was needed. This is one thing that makes me not support rim in any way shape form.

if they did not have bbm they'd be failing in the consumer market.

The entire O.S needs to be redone, the browser needs a MASSIVE overhaul. I commend them for making the flip but it was so cheap it felt worse than a toy. They are coming out with more designs but this black and silver is getting played out. Try all black, try umm gunmetal grey, etc.. etc. diff colours does not hurt. dont release white a year after the goddamn first bold was released.

the problem with apple is its all touch screen. bbm is so popular cuz people abuse it. Do u really think people want to type as much as they do on bbm on an iphone? Im sure people would get annoyed of all that touchscreen after a while. I dont think what the iphone plans on doing will ever hit the popularity of bbm without a keyboard.... now if apple released an iphone with a slide-out keyboard like HTC devices or a slider like maybe the palm pre then

The only reason I still have my BB. And a lot of other users too. It's just so easy to communicate and keep in contact with your friends. Sure, you could text and you can call on any other phone but it's just not the same. The iPHONE in my opinion is just a way better device. I did SO much more on it. It was more than just a phone.

The trackpad is weak IMO, I can get that phone for free but I just don't like the way it feels. I was fucking with it for a day and it's just wack to me. BB is phasing out the trackball so eventually you're gonna have to have it but I'm passing for now.

yeah riley if apple ever does that Id be copping it immediately but theyd have to make the present iphone thinner to add the keyboard or else it would be bulky as fuk. Im fuking in love with the nokia n97. but for now as nas says im stuck with the bbm because its like having msn messenger on the go.

and now i can send files of any size, the voice notes its just convenient.

I never had a problem typing on the iPhone because any mistake you make, it's edited for you immediately. Honestly, I'm past the whole phone stage. I still got my links at Rogers, so I can get any phone I want for almost nothing but like I posted in that other thread last month, our phones here in Canada (and the US) are so garbage compared to the other phones in other parts of the world. We think we have the latest shit when people in Japan and South Korea have had the shit for 3-4 years.

Niccas are running out spending hundreds of dollars on OLD ass phones (but thinking it's new) fuck that. That's hustling backwards. You're paying hundreds of dollars for devices that are not top of the line. We all gettin robbed. If you're spending a bill on a upgrade, maybe 2 bills, fine but in the summer I was selling phones for 400, 500 and even 600 bucks. I've NEVER spent more than 250 on any of my phones and I never will.

iPhone by far is the easiest to type, it's miles ahead of t9, bounds ahead of bbm.

There's no restrictions, the self correcting dictionary updates itself after you retype a word twice. It's drunk proof, it's High proof, fuck it, it's even retard proof.
