simple question ... what are you currently reading?

I'm reading Eric Jerome Dickey's Chasing Destiny

so far its EXCELLENT

I'm currently reading Veronika Decides to Die. The author is Paulo something or other. It's alright... I like the story but his style of writing leads something to be desired.

After I;m finnished with this one I am looking forward to reading The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath.

I had read of lot of Plath's poetry but I haven't read the novels yet..

Lol.. Chrisa is my nickname, my real name is Christina..

oh and the Author apparenlty wrote some book called The Alchemist? I don't know, I haven't read that book either...

I just find this guys writing is very inconsistant and charachter development is kind of iffy. I'm into the story, but it's not going to be on my favourites list.

i hear A LOT of good things about the Alchemist ... i think thats gonna be the next one i pick up .. everyone thats read it loves it ... we shall see

you will LOVE Ms Giffin's books .. shes AMAZING ... i read the entire trilogy ... loooove those books!

OK, so I finnished Veronika Decides to Die...overall it was ok. The ending was great... a surprise for sure, which made up for the patchy storytelling, poor charachter development and a really contrived love story that was underdevloped and devoid of passion.

I am now currently reading Concertina: The life and loves of a dominatrix by Susan Winemaker... I am LOVING it so far... detailed, well written, interesting. It's about a chef turned dominatrix and her experiences as both, often drawing parallels between them... It's fantastic so far. I am about 60 pages into the 300 pages.. and I am so excited for my bus ride home so I can read it some more :)

i loved the first two =) well, im half way through the second one!
Ill have to pick up the third when im finished!
