i didnt end up going to Chapters .. came home to bake a cake and try a new recipe Chrisa sent me .... i'll be going tomorrow

Chrisa there was a book featured in People about 2 weeks ago that i want to read SOOOO bad but i dont remember the title ... im going to look for the magazine later and let u know ... i think u'll like it

its about an afghani woman thats married to this man who becomes disastisfied with her because, if my memory serves correctly, she cant bare his children .... she is emotionally abused and tormented when the man takes on a second wife and thru their homemade prison they form an unlikely bond ....

it sounded so good .. cant remember the author's name nor the title for SHIT tho i'll get it

I FINALLY picked up The Alchemist! I can't wait to read it. I have to finish reading The handmaids tale first though.

You know I think one of my roomates has it.. I recall hearing some buzz about it. She won't miss it if I start reading it anyway.

K, so I finished reading the handmaids tale - margaret Atwood..I LOVED it.

Then I read For one more day - Mitch Albom...also really liked it. I cried...and had the urge to call my mother at 1:00am and tell her I love her LOL! ( my roomate thought it was hysterical )

I finished the Alchemist...it was good, I would definitely read it again.

Now I am working on I, Lucifer...I've only read the first 5 pages, and it's pretty damn funny. Im really looking forward to the rest of it.
