    Abs

    whats the best way to get good abs/ get a flatter stomach? or can diet help it as well?

    Diets can vary with body type.....
    What my trainer usually says is have a diet thats more high in protein, that way, u have the energy to get a good work out and to build muscle your body needs protein the most. The order you shoud go in for a flatter stomache is cardio.... until u slim down then ab work outs to make it firm then the abs should come. Again, methods can vary, thats what works for me. Hope that helps :)

    play basketball and jus stay away from junk foods, also do ab workouts at least 2-3 times a week, yikes i gotta take my own advice

    You gotta lower your body fat %.

    Naturally everyone has abs, but you cant seem them do the layer of fat over them.

    If you want them, I suggest doing these exercises
    Cross-Body Crunch
    Crunch - Hands Overhead
    Dumbbell Side Bend
    Flat Bench Leg Pull-In
    *Knee / Hip Raise On Parallel Bars

    that last one is key, works the bottom abs, which are the hardest to get.

    Also diet is key. Without it you cant cut down and keep the fat away.

    Shes kinda right though
    You need to get your bodyfat down , their are healthier smarter ways like Cardio to do it

    You can have a 6pack of steel but if its covered in fat whats the point.
