This year has been fun, Are local spot Is always good. The only time It kinda sucks Is when It snows way to much and the snow Is deep.
Cars like mine with shit tires can't get around to good....lol
On our last big snow storm we had a buddy who decided to run his car up a giant mountain of snow. lol

If you don't mind me asking.....
What happend to him? What did the cop do.

You'll get a careless driving for drifting on the road.
Depending on your revs and your exhaust, unnecessary noise..

Most often you would get a Careless Driving or a Dangerous Driving depending on the circumstances and it's not really based on revs, exhaust, unnecessary noise it only comes down to driving without due care or attention etc.
90% of all accidents will likely result in a 'Careless Driving ' charge being issued unless there are independant witness's.

Yeah, but it all depends on the severity of the accident and cop's discretion. Unless the driver REALLY fucked up and I mean REALLY, like hitting somebody or god forbid killing, then he will be charged with dangerous driving. Dangerous Driving is a criminal code offence which will lead to a criminal record if convicted, cops wouldn't just go around and issue those to every drifter they see.
Mind you careless driving, even though it is HTA offence and not criminal, it will still SKYROCKET your insurance and you will end up paying thousands wishing that you never drifted.

But that all depends on the cop. Most likely they'd give you Careless for it.
And if he really doesn't like you; unnecessary noise for revs, exhaust and even tire screeches.

Trust me, I know all to much about eithier offence as I deal with it on a daily basis. A Careless conviction can raise your insurance rates by a min of 100% increase and that's just the offence not the fact that it was related to an accident.
The funny thing is that it's used as an 'overcharge' and can almost always be reduced in court to a lessor offence.

My buddy got it reduced to unsafe left turn. No charges and only 2 points.

Yes, I agree and that's why I stated that it really depends on the circumstances. Most times they will in fact charge with Careless and you are correct that the Officer would really have to hate you to give you the other tickets. Normally that would happen if the Officer suspects you are a racer. They hate them and will ticket for everything.

Yeah, cop was being a jerk. Telling him he should drive a swift instead, checking his ride height.. Checked under the hood, gave him unnecessary noise, obstruct plate, and careless driving.
We went to court, and the cop was completely different. Dropped the plate, dropped the unnecessary, and lowered the careless to a unsafe left turn.
Cop then said he heard the exhaust and revs of the engine; for the unnecessary.
See through plate covers; obstruct.

Yes, in court they are much nicer. They got their court card and really aren't there to punish you more but rather as a witness for the Prosecutor.
The Prosecutor is the one who normally has the attitude. LOL Regardless, your friend got himself a good deal.
