Yeah yo, I got 3 oscars and 2 black convicts living in a 40 gallon tank. I am gonna need enough breathing room for them all cause the Oscars are gonna get at least 10 inches long minimum... so thats why imma need a bigger tank...

I have 3 tiger oscars (4 inches each), and a black convict cichlid. I ended up getting a big tank. 75 gallons for now, seems to be good... got it cheap too.
