I hit the Y hard. Weights+Yoga/Pilates+Cardio+Basketball.

After vacation I got all sluggish again.. And sick.. Haven't worked out since Halloween..

I need to start slow again on the cardio.

Yoga + Pilates is so boring! I can't do it for more than 15 min :(

Love the fact that you can do everything in there. I mostly play ball and lift though. I'll go for the occassional swim though.

I go to the one at my condo.. it has a tredmill, elliptical and free weights, which is really all i use

i want to get a membership for the Y though, it;s only a block from where I live.. I would want to sign up for the swimming, courts and group classes..

LOL That's my only exercise.

If I did go to the gym though, I'd go to Mademoiselle (my friends go there) because it's all women and you don't have to worry about trying to look good or be ashamed of your body not looking the way you want it to.
